Return and Cancellation

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help

You can cancel an order at any point prior to its shipment. Contact us by email or phone to cancel an order prior to its shipment and a refund* will be issued. Once an order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order, in this case you can still return the item.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or used may not be eligible for a refund* and may be sent back to the buyer.

Goods returned after a period of 14 days may only be accepted with the discretion of the director of the company and may be subject to a handling fee charged to the buyer. Contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt of order and we will issue you with a return number and details of where goods should be returned to.

The exception being software or electronically delivered products which are non-refundable.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
